Karen has worked in the financial services industry for over 37 years starting her career in the banking sector, then transitioning over into general insurance and then financial advice.
She has been involved with the Invicta group of companies since 2020.
As a member of the administration team, Karen provides support to the management team, advisors and her colleagues to ensure that everyone can perform their roles effectively. She organises and coordinates meetings to ensure they run smoothly and assists management with operational projects. She is likely to be the friendly voice that people will encounter when they contact the office.
